Government of Sindh, Finance Department issued Notification No. FD/SR-I/1 (123)/06 dated 24th July 2007 regarding the clarification of Personal Pay (PP).
It has been clarified clearly in this Notification that the Annual Increment sanctioned as Personal Pay wef 01-12-2005 vide Finance Department O.M No. FD/SR-I/1 (123)/06 dated 21-11-2006 has to be treated as part of pay of the scale of Govt Servants for all purposes and as such there is no bar to allow Annual Increments wef 01-12-2006 and 01-07-2007 onward subject to prescribed conditions as long as the employee remains in the existing pay scale.
